If you looking for Authentic Thai Dish, this is the place! The flavours will bring you to Thailand. I love the combination between Thai food and cafe. It makes me feel like home. Tummy can cook for whatever you want even if it not on the menu. I love the ice caramel macchiato. I canโt find it anywhere apart from this place in Hobart. Kao-soi is also the best.
Great place for anyone looking to have authentic Thai food in Hobart. Their Khao Soi is very flavorful, just like I had in Thailand. They also have rotating dessert menus. Their banana chiffon cake is very good.

This hidden little gem is worth the visit! If you have been to any of the festivals and markets around Hobart in the last couple of years you would have seen the team from Tummy Thai creating delicious, fresh delicacies and lamented that we couldnt have them all the time. Well The Wild Cafe is what we have been waiting for! Offering both Breakie and Lunch as well as coffees, with the choice to eat in or take away. The menu is packed with flavourful options, you will be hard pressed to pick a favourite, and dont forget to check out the specials on the board. For lunches over the week I had Khao Yum Gai Zab (crispy chicken with tamarind glaze, roasted rice and saffron rice), Mixed Grain Salad (broccoli and green beans, mixed grains, lettuce, roasted rice and puree) and the special chicken noodle soup. All were delicious and fresh, with the salad edging the other two out as my new favourite lunch - perfect balance of crunchy, salty and sweet and is so very moreish without sitting heavy. With the Cracked and Spineless book shop next door, you could pick up something new to read and then sit back and enjoy a proper feast! 10/10 - definitely a must stop when in town
