Came here for my birthday lunch but was not thoroughly impressed by the service. Waited at least 30-45 minutes for four dishes to arrive to our table and only one other table was dining in. The waitress was also not accomodating or welcoming. She would just drop the plates off at our tables without even mentioning what dish it was so we had no idea who it belonged to. Food itself was alright but mediocre. My whole table agreed that the sushi wasn’t very filling compared to other Japanese restaurants so I’m not sure if it’s possibly the quality of the rice they use. Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant if you’re interested in booking a special event, but would probably be fine for an average lunch.

Huge shoutout to the chef manager for letting us sneak in a late-night meal even though the place was already closing 🙌 Food was absolutely amazing — every bite was worth it! 😋 We’ve walked past Takumi a bunch of times and finally decided to give it a go last night… and wow, now we’re hooked! 😍 Definitely coming back for round two! 🍣✨

Both the services and the food are amazing!! The staff were attentive, when we were about to take a group selfie she came out and offer her help. All the dishes we ordered were just delicious, not one dish was a disappointment.

Lots of fish on the menu - raw and cooked options. I haven’t seen the place busy so was wary of ingredient turnover / freshness but my dining companion approved of the sashimi set and said it was fresh. The Wagyu beef udon was ok but there was flavour enhancer either in the soup or beef marinade (not so pleasant in the aftermath!). Service is a tad impersonal, not just because ordering is via the iPad. It’s a bit mid here.

Food was absolutely amazing definitely deserves 5 stars! Food is tender and fresh. The eel sushi was really big and the Mini salmon Don was fresh and delicious.
