About
Delicious! The matcha was super creamy, and the avo toast had heaps of flavour. Good sized acai bowl as well. We all know Reborn Marrickville is the go-to spot for a fun and delicious Vietnamese brunch, but they’ve just dropped some new menu items, and they’re next level! The turkey roll is massive—honestly, I’ve never seen a turkey roll this big in my life. The highlight? The caramelized pork belly turkey roll. It’s bold, flavorful, and has a spicy kick from the mayo chili, which I absolutely

I'm writing this review before I even finish my food, it's that good. I ordered the prawn spaghetti. Deliciously creamy sauce, not too large of a meal. The iced Prana Chai was very good, not too sweet.

Considered a Vietnamese cafe, however they’ve got some cool fusion dishes (think udon noodles, Thai milk tea, kimchi spicy noodles, avocado toast, and other nice dishes). Highly recommend the caramelised pork bowl, very juicy and tender meat. I’m not sure if I was supposed to pour the Thai milk tea onto the jelly (as the tea also happened to come with a straw), but I can tell you they do go well together! On the quieter side of Marrickville, so you’re pretty much guaranteed to get a seat.

The turkey roll is massive—honestly, I’ve never seen a turkey roll this big in my life. The highlight? The caramelized pork belly turkey roll. It’s bold, flavorful, and has a spicy kick from the mayo chili, which I absolutely loved. Also, don’t sleep on the bacon avocado and chicken avocado rolls. They’re huge, comforting, and packed with flavor—perfect for a satisfying meal. For drinks, we had the matcha strawberry and mango matcha—a nice, refreshing touch that paired so well with the food. But my absolute favorite? The caramelized pork belly sticky rice. This dish brought back all my childhood memories, and I love that they’ve brought such an authentic taste to Sydney. If you haven’t been here yet, you need to try it!
A lovely cafe with a super cosy vibe!! All their dishes were super yummy; the prawn pasta was super creamy and the noodle soup had a really good kimchi flavour. Unique croissant with mushroom, egg, feat and beetroot. Nice savoury croissant Very yummy thai milk tea dessert with the cutestttttt jellies 😍
