a wonderful seafood restaurant - run, or shall I say swim, don’t walk (hah) impeccable, attentive service, with an outstanding menu which consists of fresh seafood and produce. flavours come together to create an experience for the senses. though I didn’t have a full meal, i must say that i had a solid, joyful meal at Mister Grotto. so delicious, seriously can’t wait to return 🐟🦀🧜‍♂️🦐🦑🦪

Dining here feels very intimate as it is a very small and vibey space. Ideal for date nights. Food was good, fish/seafood lovers will love this place! We brought our baby and it wasn’t that loud as it isn’t a crowded and big venue.

An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Every dish was flawless, fresh, perfectly balanced and full of flavour. The oysters were easily some of the best I have ever had, showcasing just how fresh the seafood was. The service was impeccable, with a knowledgeable and attentive waitress who elevated the entire experience. The atmosphere, presentation and attention to detail made it clear that quality is at the heart of everything here. Truly faultless and absolutely worth every cent.

Amazing seafood experience at Mister Grotto. Loved the South American influences in the food. Everything was well presented and delicious and we left satisfied and full of fish! The restaurant does get a bit loud but we didn’t the atmosphere!

Mister Grotto made our anniversary truly special! The intimate, cozy vibe and outstanding seafood blew us away. The mackerel and soft serve were among two of the best dishes we have ever experienced. The staff were warm and attentive, making the lunch feel both personal and memorable. Highly recommend if you want an unforgettable seafood experience in Newtown. Can’t wait to come back!
