12) Wagyu beef carpaccio 10/10 The pineapple paired with the beef was perfect and is a must order! 91) Wagyu katsu don with miso 10/10 The quality of the miso here is absolutely delicious. My partner doesn't like miso, but he thoroughly enjoyed the miso we were served. It was a bit heavy on the rice but it was super fluffy. The beef itself was both super crunchy and would melt in your mouth. It was cooked to perfection. 117) Rainbow Roll 7/10 I enjoyed it but it wasn't anything special. The service here is a 10/10. The waiters are kind, patience and mindful. We went out on a humid day and was asked beforehand if we were okay with being seated outside (we arrive on a busy night). We did have a reservation prior and did have to wait a little but I didn't mind at all. The food came out quite quickly and ambience was warm and welcoming. Overall I really enjoy dinning here and would pick to dine at this location over the location near Parramatta Westfield. We also bought non-alcoholic drinks and our total came to $100. The food is reasonably priced for the quality of food you are getting
Ramen was ok. Egg overcooked. Noodles too slippery. Brussel sprouts werenโt hot when they came out. Risotto too sweet - a bit of a shame cos it used to be good (or at least at the other branch). Fried squid was good though. Overall. A bit disappointing
One of my favourite sushi and ramen spots in Sydney. The food is always amazing, the sashimi is fresh, the sushi rolls are generous, and the ramen is full of flavour. Their menu has a lot more variety compared to most other sushi places Iโve visited. The staff are friendly and attentive, and prices are reasonable. The place can get very busy on the weekends so booking ahead of time is advised to avoid long queues. Highly recommend!
Really disappointing. After waiting 20 minutes to be seated (we were a walk-in of 2 so thats fine), we waited another 20+ minutes to be attended to. Once the food showed up we werent given share plates but we did get three lone chopsticks between us. Staff were quite difficult to flag at any point in the experience so we had to go find our final chopstick by ourselves. The food itself was not impressive: skewed to nobodys palette and lacked authenticity. Flavours were either not present or blended awkwardly. The mazesoba was nowhere near as dry as you'd expect. It offered an overwhelming and strange sweetness. And this was on their second attempt after the first had a fly in it (amongst many others flying friends around us). The ramen was similarly a little bland but decent enough except for the film of fat which made it a little nauseating. Pork was sparse, thin and dry. Was busy so maybe we just got here on a bad day but overall a cumulative series of unpleasant events lead to an unpleasant experience :(
Absolutely loved Mikazuki! The ramen was rich and flavorful, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Excellent service from start to finish. We canโt wait to come back again! ๐โจ
