Always top quality seafood 😋

Purchased a kilo of prawns today and was extremely disappointed with the quality. They looked lovely but were really hard to shell, none of them releasing when the tails were squeezed. And they were really tough eating, too! Not sure if they were overcooked or spent too long in the freezer, but they were thoroughly disappointing.

While visiting Queensland a couple of months ago we caught a couple of Spanish mackerel but struggled to find somewhere to clean them. Col from Lounds Fresh Fish kindly filleted them with expert precision, demonstrating his skills Many thanks Col, they were beautiful

Bought 2 crabs frozen today.both have been in the freezer way to long smelled off meat was dry and stringy not edable at all poor quality
