What a lovely way to catch up with friends and family leading up to Christmas. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Nice mix of savoury and sweet. Started with a glass is bubble and finished with a lovely cup of tea. Highly recommend- a lovely way to spend an afternoon.

The food and service is always outstanding. We do the festive High Tea every year and the living room never fails to disappoint. The food is amazing and a work of art, the staff are always friendly , helpful , they enhance the experience . Making your own gingerbread house is always fun, they give you the pieces and icing and decorations. Much competition with other guests to see who makes the best gingerbread house

Had the golden delight high tea with a friend. The food was beautiful and tasted amazing. The ambience was great and the choice of seating seemed thoughtful to the information I provided with my booking. We were a little early, seated immediately with no waiting. Our first wait staff was a bit new and wasn’t confident at explaining the high tea menu items without referring to the menu sheet provided. This wasn’t a big deal for us as everyone has to start somewhere and the high tea changes seasonally. The service was great beyond that one minor hiccup at the start. Staff were also helpful in making sure I got my bonvoy rewards points recorded after I forgot when initially paying. I highly recommend the high tea here for a more contemporary experience that matches the vibe of the W hotel. The amount of time provided and the inclusions of coffee, juice and soft drinks for non tea drinkers made it a relaxing and good value experience. I have had many high teas and this rates as one of the very best that I’ve had.

Absolutely beautiful high tea. Had a group of 7 - can pay separately, which is ideal! They catered for all our dietary requirements, and there were plenty of delicious savoury options.

We booked the festive high tea on New Years Eve. And it did not dissappoint. The food was amazing. The service was exemplary. Our dietary requests were obliged. My guest & I did not enjoy the festive cocktail. While it was presented in a lovely way, we definitely felt like it had ALOT of flavours going on. And from the first taste definitely did not appeal to either of us. I did order a couple of extra cocktails more to my liking at an additional cost during the high tea.
