I am on a 2 week long trip to Sydney and Google maps recommended this place while we were coming back from Wattamolla beach. The mix bag was humongous (3 of us couldn't finish and had to take back home) and had a mix of most types of seafoods you could imagine. One of our friends had his birthday and they gave a big prawn cocktail (I'm not sure about the name) for free. Overall, it was a delicious feast if you pair it with some chilled beer or some nice cocktails. Highly recommend. Thanks for giving us a good dinner experience. The excellent service of the staff members is much appreciated.

This was our first time coming here and unfortunately it will also be our last. The Kajun sauce itself was tasty, which is the only positive, but the seafood was nothing like what was shown in the photos or what you would reasonably expect for the price. The mud crab was incredibly small, absolutely nothing like the photo and certainly not what you expect for $69.95. It was so tiny that it was almost impossible to get any meat out. The snow crab cluster was also severely undersized, far smaller than advertised, especially for $59.95. The pipi was also incredibly small, adding very little value to the dish. We had a party of five adults and three children. We ordered the Kickin Licious bag at $179.95, which is advertised as feeding 2 to 4 people. Please do not follow this recommendation. At best, it may suit 2 people only, and even then the portions are disappointing. They had run out of bay bugs and offered to replace them with mud crab instead. We also ordered a build your own bag, starting with mud crab and adding pipi, corn, snow crab and baby octopus. They combined both orders into one bag, which in itself was not an issue, but it made it very clear just how tiny the seafood portions actually were. After the replacement, they forgot our extra order of mud crab altogether and we had to ask for it again. We also requested baguette, which took over 20 minutes to arrive. We also ordered sweet potato fries, which were very moist and not crunchy at all, nothing like proper fries should be. The restaurant was full and there were only three waiting staff. The workload was clearly overwhelming and one of the female staff members appeared annoyed by basic requests, which made the experience uncomfortable. The male staff member who served us was apologetic and acknowledged that we had a bad experience, which we appreciated. Our total bill came to $427.20, which included seven drinks and a kids free meal. Two adults barely ate due to the undersized and largely inedible seafood. We would have happily ordered more if the quality and portions were reasonable. Overall, this was a very poor value dining experience. The portion sizes were misleading, the seafood quality did not justify the pricing, multiple items were forgotten, and service delays were significant. The food presentation and serving sizes were inconsistent with what is advertised, and the restaurant felt understaffed and unprepared to handle a full house. We do not mind spending money on seafood, but we do expect fair portions, edible food and basic service standards. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed on all three. If you are only chasing a strong Kajun sauce, you may enjoy it. If you are looking for quality seafood, reasonable portion sizes and value for money, this is not the place and should be avoided.

Food was fabulous with great flavour and enjoyed by all. The seafood was fresh and very meaty and was a great first time experience. Will definitely come again in the future, a little on the pricey side but a great experience you are sure to enjoy
