Food was great, but what made me feel even more grateful was the service. There was a sweet, smiley girl who explained everything clearly and even helped us take photos. The rest of the staff were also very friendly, always smiling, and very professional. Will definitely come back next time!
delicious, very enjoy the oyster hotpot and sukiyaki. Sashimi large size, very fatty very thick per sliced.
I thought I have reviewed it on 9/11/2025. Hahahah Anyway ,it’s actually our second visit! Yaya delivered the best experience on my birthday 🎁i am very grateful to have her served our table. Btw, the yakitori set was very nice ! The wagyu 💯
If you are a wagyu lover, this place is a MUST GO. The quality of their wagyu meat is outstanding, they melt in your mouth in couple of seconds. Staff were very attentive. Their clear broth shabu shabu is the best way to showcase the pure, delicious flavor of Japanese Wagyu beef.
Our group of eight enjoyed dinner at Hanasuki in Chatswood, and it was an excellent shabu-shabu experience. The beef was the clear highlight—tender, flavorful, and of noticeably high quality. The set menu included unlimited vegetables, which kept the meal balanced and enjoyable for everyone. Service was polite and attentive, and the staff made sure our table was always stocked with what we needed. To finish, the dessert options were simple but very good, especially refreshing after hotpot. The restaurant atmosphere is warm and modern, making it a great place for groups. Overall, we had a delicious meal with great company, and I would recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Japanese hotpot in Sydney.
