We had the best time celebrating our anniversary dinner at Fosh. The staff who looked after us were wonderful, and the food was absolutely top notch. We ordered the seafood hot platter for entrée and the Moreton Bay bug spaghetti for our main, and the portions were perfect to share between two. The scallops, oysters, and prawns from the platter were incredibly fresh and delicious. But the real highlight was the spaghetti.. my oh my, it was phenomenal. Hands down the best spaghetti I’ve ever had. I loved the little spicy kick, it was spot on. Thank you also for the lovely ice cream surprise at the end. Such a thoughtful touch. We’ll definitely be back!

Thank you to the Fosh team for making our experience special. We celebrated our anniversary here this year and everything was on point. Food: Fresh with delectable taste and near perfect texture. My partner loved the Moreton Bay Bug Spaghetti and Kingfish in Ponzu. I appreciated the Fried Squid and how the batter wasn't overpowering or oily. The cheesecake dessert to finish was chef's kiss. Not too sweet, soft creamy texture and melted in your mouth. Service: Staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive with high attention to detail. From escorting us to our table and minding our approach for steps, to replacing a fork I accidentally knocked off the table immediately and keeping our glasses filled (I don't remember ever having an empty drink). Shoutout to our waiter Sam who was amazing and made our night extraordinary. Atmosphere: Perfect. Our table was by the river overlooking a beautiful sunset and a matching background for the cuisine/theme.

We were traveling in Brisbane and happened to walk into this restaurant on the afternoon of the last day of 2025. Since we already had dinner plans, we only stopped in for a drink and a light bite. We ordered oysters, and they were so good that we ended up ordering a second round. We’re from Tokyo, where great oysters are easy to find, but the quality here was outstanding — fresh, sweet, and beautifully flavored. The atmosphere was lovely and the service attentive. Highly recommended.

We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary at Fosh this past weekend and I’m so pleased that we did. The food was excellent as to be expected and we indulged the wave banquet, but what really struck us was the amazing staff. From the moment we arrived to our departure, we felt so welcomed and taken care of. We were given complimentary drinks at the end of our meal which was such a lovely suprise. We appreciate the wait staff that evening and wish you all the best! Definitely will be back.

We enjoyed the Swell Banquet at Fosh Bar & Café and were absolutely impressed. Each dish was beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavour. The portions were generous and perfectly balanced for sharing. The atmosphere was relaxed yet refined, and the service was friendly and attentive throughout. A fantastic dining experience — highly recommend! 👌
