Fatbuoy Lobster We came all the way down from Gordon just to try the food here…………. AMAZING The gummy shark, the sushi, THE CHILLY RICE, scallops and lobster rolls!!!! ALL DELICIOUS The service was amazing too

Absolutely loved Fatbuoy Lobster!! First off, Damien is a star. Fresh fish was cooked and he went around Prahran Market foodcourt so people can try. We came back today for lunch and I am so glad we did. We had the Mud Crab and honestly it was one of the best I’ve had in my life. Very fresh and the ingredients used did not overpower the crab. Thank you Chef Julian for respecting the star of the dish. I will definitely be coming back for more.

10 STARS!! Simply best seafood around. Over 3 visits, have tried…. 1. lobster 🦞 roll. Served in lightly toasted warm roll, lobster fresh tangy, sweet & delicious. 2. Freshly shucked oysters - 🦪 (a fantastic range of fresh condiments also provided) 3. Grilled snapper & calamari 😋 4. Salmon ceviche salad. Didn’t look like much however it exceeded my expectations, it was so fresh, the salmon slices were generous and the salad condiments delicious. 5. Fresh house marinaded prawns - YUM 🦐 The venue is clean, lots of seating, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Keep up the awesomeness guys! 👏 I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu…..

Nice and fresh Lobster roll. I loved it! The bread was warm and super fresh and the lobster was very yummy. It was made by a chef that they have in store preparing the dine in food. Also they have soft drinks and some wine options and beers too. To take away and some options to have in house. They also sell treats for dogs (ocean dog treats). They also sell some groceries like dressings for salads and things like that. Also there is a sauce station if you want to have oysters or other food. They have a lot of amazing different option of fresh seafood. You can have too pure tassie water☀️🩷 loved it!

If you’re ever in the Prahran area, this place is an absolute must‑stop. It’s one of those rare gems that truly has it all — whether you’re dining in or taking something fresh home, the quality of the fish is exceptional. We genuinely struggled to choose from the menu because everything sounded incredible, but with four adults we were able to pick a range of dishes to share… and every single one impressed us. Some of my favourites…The oysters were fresh and creamy, and that red sauce on top was unbelievably good. Still thinking about it. The barramundi spring rolls were a total revelation (never seen them anywhere else and they were insanely good), the burger was spot‑on, and the chips were absolutely delicious. And we can’t forget the octopus — so tender it practically melted. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Fresh produce, amazing flavours, and a menu that makes you want to come back just to try everything you couldn’t fit in the first time.
