Always a lovely time at Eska. It was a hive of energy no doubt being a long weekend and summer holidays. The Fish Sando is 10/10 good! Akin to Rick Shores famous Bug Roll. Itโs a must! Also, the Oysters were *chefs kiss*. Sat at the bar overlooking the service area and I must say, thereโs something about seeing the kitchen in action, chatting to the chefs and waiters. For a drink, try the Jumping Juice sparkling. Thanks for a great night!
We walked in before the kitchen closed and were seated to a table outside. We enjoyed our meal. The ceviche is lovely with a little kick to it. Love the addition of the finger limes. Truffle fries could do with some seasoning, and it is served with truffle mayo the fries donโt have truffle. The ragu has a lot of sauce, the ragu was more like meat balls chopped. But it was still nice. I also enjoyed the virgin cocktail. Dessert in a cup. It was quite expensive $15 for a 35ml of liquid.
Iโm following their Instagram ๐ I was so looking forward to having their food๐ I had Miso scallops, Prawn risotto and a glass of white wineโบ๏ธ Scallops were too much sauce ๐ The scallop was overcooked ๐ If I could get some slices of baguette, I would be happier to finish the sauce๐ Sauce was very nice๐คฉ Risotto was a bit small portion which I expected from their photos ๐ The taste was so nice to have combined each ingredient ๐คฉ I was happy but I couldn't get full๐ Unfortunately, I felt the food was pricyโฆ.๐ Iโm interested in their other dishes๐ I will try them one day๐ฅณ๐ฅณ
Here again !! Went to review but already have omg itโs amazing ๐ป Famous foodie and tourism ambassador.. Nobbys beach suburb is a must for everyone.. a born & bred local this area really has grown filled with treasure and is a must see. The Japanese food was fresh and clean beautiful tasting adequate but not super filling but really beautifully made food. Lots of options around the area. Sensational suburb lived there for 10 years now back to my Broadbeach where Iโve lived my whole life you have to go to nobby and if you like, Japanese food itโs a lovely choice
10/10 would recommend this place it is on the smaller boutique size but itโs incredible. I came mid week for a solo lunch and the service was incredible was sat down at the kitchen bar for a full view which is so nice meet the sashimi chef and I was educated about the produce and story behind. The gastronomy is very well thought out, the flavours and presentation absolutely lovely. The price was great for what youโre getting as well, the imported scallops were delicious!! Loved everything and they paired my food with a nice wine and I donโt drink wine and I enjoyed the choice a lot.
