Tried Eatsy Thai recently and it was excellent. The food came out quickly, flavours were spot on, and the ingredients tasted really fresh. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the portion sizes were generous. Highly recommend the pad thai and green curry — both were amazing. Definitely returning!

We were in Ballarat and craving Thai, so we found this place on Google and decided to give it a try based on the good rating. We ordered chicken pad thai, chilli fried rice, and papaya salad. The restaurant was very busy and only two staff were working, so they were clearly trying their best to keep up. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to expectations. The fried rice was very dry and lacked flavour, and the pad thai was overly sweet and felt off in terms of sauce balance. Parking was also very hard to find during peak time, which added to the frustration. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and not what we were hoping for.

Really enjoyed our dinner at Eatsy Thai in Ballarat! The food was so tasty and authentic! I guaranteed it as a Thai myself. We had Pad Thai with prawns, crispy pork fried rice, Thai papaya salad, and spring rolls. Everything was delicious, and the dessert (Khanom Tan) was perfect to finish the meal. Friendly staff and great service. Highly recommend if you love Thai food! 🌶️🍜🇹🇭

Absolutely amazing Thai food! From the first bite to the last, I enjoyed every single moment. The ambiance is lovely, and the sweet girl who took our order made the experience even better. We visit Ballarat every two weeks, and this restaurant will be my top choice from now on. Highly recommend!

Food, environment and customer service were all amazing. My ice cream flavor was Thai tea, it actually tasted a bit like sorbet to me to be fair. Just one honest feedback, when I was waiting to be seated by the door, it took a few minutes for the staff to acknowledge me and get me seated. When the staff came to me, I was asked what I was waiting. So then I had to say ‘I am waiting to be served/seated’. Then the staff responded to me by saying ‘what do you want’ (not in a rude way just to be clear). I’m sure the staff meant ‘what do you want(to order) or help with’ something like that. However, it’s my observation to help me not assume the staff wasn’t being rude, but other guests could totally get offended by that approach. So suggestion on that is to have more training in this regard.
