Fantastic service & incredible cocktails - overall a great experience! We enjoyed a cocktail making masterclass at Corbinโs and would highly recommended this. Our experience included a curated welcome drink, delicious cheese platter, plus three cocktails specially crafted for us. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, Jay, who walked us through the masterclass experience. We enjoyed making and drinking the cocktails, with Jay a very informative, friendly and accommodating teacher. Each drink was tailored to our tastes - the brief was nailed! We loved our time at Corbinโs and found the 90-minute cocktail masterclass a very fun and worthwhile experience. Weโll be back!
The food was exceptional. The dishes were beautifully balanced and super interesting even though the dishes sounded rather simple. Would say a very under priced and underrated restaurant. In my hometown Munich, this would be eveynight fully booked. A recommendation for anybody who loves food and good cocktails.
What a delight to find this place for dinner on a Friday night! The cocktail and the food were an explosion of flavours, and the atmosphere is just perfect! Iโm definitely coming back many times!
We went to opening night and so happy to see Corbinโs alive again! The new owner has done a fabulous job and clearly knows what he is doing. The cocktails were amazing , the wine list clever and the food! Wow, superb fresh ingredients and with a Mediterranean hint, the chef is just very very good. I had to be convinced to order the calamari but they were honestly the best Iโve had. The oysters were fresh. We further had the anchovies on sourdough with ricotta, a very well balanced baba ganoush and burrata. The house made focaccia is to die for. We canโt wait to try the rest of the menu very soon !
