Code was an amazing find in Holloway's Beach. Every dish was delicious, beautifully presented and full of flavour. Even the tossed greens were amazing and moorish with that addictive citrus vinaigrette and the persian feta! The slow cooked lamb shawarma was incredibly soft and easy to eat too. The service and atmosphere was great as well. Hats off to Dani who looked after us throughout the evening. You can really tell there's a lot of heart going into delivering an amazing experience for the patrons. Well done Code, we loved it!

The food was amazing, and the staff was so lovely. I enjoyed this restaurant a lot but I feel like it deserves a better location as it is quite small of a building, and can get quite hot but that didn’t bother me! 100% recommend!!🤍🤍

Easily the best food and cocktails in Cairns!!! From the beef katsu sandwich, the dolmades, the Fremantle octopus, the tiger prawns, the duck croquettes, it is all incredible. My partner and I try to dine at Code once a week for date night and it never disappoints!! Service is always amazing and so is the atmosphere. It’s nice to find a restaurant who still does the basics well like keeping the glasses of water full on the table. Really impressive overall !!

A truly unforgettable dining experience — worth coming back to Cairns for! We visited Cairns from Brisbane, and this restaurant was without a doubt the highlight of our entire trip. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming — she made us feel so at home and gave us amazing recommendations. Be sure to trust her suggestions, especially the hidden menu items — every dish was a wonderful surprise! Each plate we tried was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and truly unforgettable. The restaurant is also dog-friendly, which made the whole experience even more special. And if you enjoy cocktails, don’t miss the Layla! It’s absolutely delicious, especially if you love the taste of almonds. This restaurant is so special that it has become one of the reasons I want to return to Cairns. Can’t recommend it highly enough — we’ll definitely be back!

"Five stars? How can a place have five stars?" Well now I know how! Code Cairns is sort of hidden away, but the food, service and atmosphere leaves many other higher profile places I've been absolutely in the dust! The cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are delicious, every meal was top quality and the kind of flavours I absolutely DO write home about! Describing the flavours would almost be doing a disservice to how delicious everything was. Come and experience it for yourself!
