Highly recommended. Best sandwich I’ve eaten in years. Great bread, very deep filling, plenty of salad. Amazing. Coffee was superb too. And the service with a smile was perfect. Now I need an excuse to visit Fremantle again !

Staff are super friendly. I had the miso chicken sandwich and coffee. The sandwich was great, it was fresh and loaded. Highly recommend if you want a good sandwich.

Coccolicco in Freo is truly excellent for morning tea. My fussy biking mate also fully agrees, remarkably, so really this is 10 stars. Cappuccino in a mug was fast, hot, tasty. Cinnamon scroll, halved to share, was greatly toasted and promptly arrived with real butter. Recommend sitting outside the cafe on a fine morning, under the Morton Bay fig tree. Great quiet setting, plenty of shade. Business was constant but always a table or two available. Service by the three girls was also genuinely friendly with smiles and conversation, remarkable when combined with delivering a truly excellent morning tea! Will be back!!

Still craving their sandwich after my last stop during a ride! Coffee was good too! The service was excellent—such sweet and welcoming ladies. Can’t wait to go back!

Had the chicken avocado sandwich here. It was an Asian influenced sandwich with fresh herbs and vegetables in it. Superbly good and perfectly toasted. Coffee was good and aromatic. The cafe was managed by some Japanese ladies with a great deal of precision and technical skills. They had indoor and outdoor seating.
