Amazing food and service! My family and I been guests at the hotel and had planned to leave today, but our flight got cancelled, so we returned for another night. I put in our reservation notes that we had had a hard day and would really appreciate any joy - boy did this team deliver! Nairobi was such a kind, friendly waitress and Andrea, the bartender, made my mother a delicious sangria on the house. The atmosphere and food were spectacular. Highly recommend the barramundi.
Amazing little place at Crystalbrook Riley, good view of the esplanade with a nice pool. Great food and drinks, especially the seafood and had Lisa serving us, she was amazing.
We had lunch here. It was very relaxing and the staff are great. My wife started with natural oysters then had the crab and snapper crochet. I had the southern fried chicken burger. The burger had to of been one of the best i have had. We highly recommend a feed here..
The experience at Calypso Club was excellent. The food was outstanding, with fresh flavors and perfectly balanced dishes that exceeded my expectations. You can truly see the talent and dedication of Chef Joรฃo every plate was carefully prepared and beautifully presented. Definitely one of the best places to enjoy a high-quality dining experience in Cairns
At the bottom of the Crystalbrook Riley Tower youโll find the Calypso Club. A relaxed waterfront rum bar with the kind of laid-back vibes you could easily lose track of time in. The views are absolutely incredible, and itโs the perfect spot whether youโre wandering in straight from the pool for a casual drink or dressed up for an afternoon outing. The food is unreal. Seafood tapas based, but so fresh, with the sashimi and tostadas being an absolute standout. Pair that with their impressive drinks list, and youโve got yourself the ultimate tropical escape. A special mention to Nairobi our waitress, whose warm smile and bubbly personality brought such a great energy to our table, and to James, who was mixing up some seriously top-tier cocktails behind the bar. The service and atmosphere together made the whole experience unforgettable. Whether local or visiting, I highly recommend stopping by. You might just find yourself staying much longer than planned!
