Not a great experience overall and not particularly good value, especially considering this is Chatswood where there are plenty of other good options nearby. The purple drink was a total rip-off at $14 each. The burger was okay, and the fried chicken was decent as well, but the gravy and cheese were extremely salty — so salty that I couldn’t eat them with the chips. On the positive side, the service was pretty good. However, compared to the city location, the food there tastes much better. Probably won’t be coming back to this branch again.

I always come back to Burger Point Chatswood because the staff are easy to talk to and ask for favors. I always get chili powder on my chicken to mimic the Jollibee spicy chicken & spag combo! It always feels like home here ♡

Comfort food and amazing service! We visited Burger Point Chatswood last night and tried their burgers and fries. Both were super good! The food was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and served by friendly staff. Alen at the counter was especially kind and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better 🫶🏽 The next day, we ordered a bucket of their chicken and gravy through Uber, and wow! Everything was so delicious and comforting! It honestly made me feel like I was back home. 🍗🍔🍟🇵🇭 Definitely one of my new favorite spots. Great food, great people, and such warm service!

Ordered the Big Boss burger ($15), BP Chick and Spag ($19) and Cheesy fries ($9). Took 20 mins during peak lunch time on a Saturday despite there not being that many people inside. The burger was so juicy and packed with flavour. 100% would return back just for this. The cheesy fries are not something I usually go for but thought to give it a try. It reminded me of plastic cheese melted on top of the chips which tasted artificial however with the gravy I did find it better. The 2pieces of chicken with the spaghetti were more like 1 as one was a small wing with not that much meat which was disappointing. The spag was filo style so had a sweeter flavour which I didn’t mind. Overall 4/5, was glad I have it a shot and would recommend however personally would just come back for the burger and chicken pieces.

The burgers were absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The patties were so succulent that the juices dripped with every bite, as you can see in my photos. However, the fries were a letdown. They arrived cold and lacked the crisp and seasoning that could have elevated them to the same level as the burgers. A bit more warmth, crisp and flavor would have made them the perfect accompaniment. While I didn't sample the Filipino-style dishes this time, the menu offers enticing options like sweet spaghetti with fried chicken, a beloved combination in Filipino cuisine. I look forward to returning to explore these offerings and experience the full range of flavors this place has to offer. Overall, it's a unique spot that successfully blends Filipino culinary traditions with classic fast food, creating a dining experience that's both familiar and exciting.
