travelled all the way from hobart to try their tassie gold oysters & can i say it was definitely worth the trip. the lady working there is so lovely as well. they also collect the oyster shells to use on the side of the pathways which looks so beautiful

Blue Lagoon Oysters was recommended to us by a local, who said they were by far the best oysters in town—and she wasn’t wrong. Both the pricing and the quality of the oysters were outstanding. They were so much better than Get Shucked, and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for truly fresh oysters. They offer a great range, from small to medium oysters at around $17 per dozen, larger ones at about $25 per dozen, and premium large oysters at roughly $35 per dozen. You can get them fresh and natural, or cooked, and every option we tried was excellent. I’m genuinely glad we were pointed in this direction—it was easily one of the food highlights of the trip.

Delicious, fresh oysters. One of the best in Tasmania. It’s a must stop especially if your on your way to Port Arthur! Highly recommended!

Amazingly fresh oysters direct from their own farm. We bought the Tassie Gold and they were creamy, sweet and delicious. Prices are really good also. Highly recommend
