Visit 2: I’m changing my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars due to several issues during my recent visit. It wasn’t very busy—only a few tables downstairs, and upstairs was quiet. We requested to be seated upstairs. After waiting near the entrance, we were eventually asked to go upstairs, only to be questioned by another staff member about whether we were asked to come up or came on our own. This felt unnecessary and awkward. Once seated, we ordered starters, drinks, and shisha. Service was very slow—drinks took 15–20 minutes, and the food arrived around 40 minutes later. One of our drinks orders came wrong, so we had to wait extra for the missing item. Food was mixed. The grilled chicken nachos were just okay (we preferred the veggie nachos from our previous visit). The wings were good and generous, which was great value. However, the mezze was disappointing—the feta tasted stale, the salad had no dressing, and the dips tasted store-bought. The second round of drinks was also served incorrectly. Shisha was fine, no issues there. The biggest issue was the bill discrepancy. Prices were unexpectedly higher, and when we questioned it, the staff said it was a public holiday. While we understand holiday surcharges, it wasn’t mentioned on the menu or bill, and it seemed unfair to inflate prices without notifying. A clear notification on the menu or bill would have prevented confusion. The staff eventually adjusted the bill, but the way it was handled felt unprofessional and left a negative impression. Overall, the atmosphere is still nice, but the slow service, inconsistent food quality, and unclear billing practices have led me to lower my rating from 5 to 3 stars. ****** Visit 1: 6 of us went here on a Saturday night and had an amazing experience! The place was packed, yet the service was excellent — staff kept checking on us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Special shoutout to Ibz, Rima, and Diviz for their friendly and attentive service! The food was fantastic — the loaded nachos had a delicious touch of fresh mango, and the fries were crispy with the right amount of peri peri spice. The chilly mushrooms were absolutely yum, especially the gravy. The garlic bread was hot and perfectly garlicky. Both the veggie platter for 2 and meat platter for 2 came in generous portions — easily enough for more than two people. The meat was juicy and full of flavor, and the lamb chops really stood out. The cocktails were fancy and well-made. They also offer a wide selection of bottles, including single malts and blended options for all budgets, which is a nice touch. We also enjoyed the live Arabic dance show — the dancer was lovely and added a great vibe to the evening. The only minor issue was that the music was a bit too loud, making it hard to have a conversation. There’s seating both upstairs and downstairs, with a mix of lounges and chairs, so you can choose your vibe. The weekend surcharge does make it a bit pricey, but considering the quality of food, service, and overall experience, it’s definitely worth it. After all the ups and downs, this place still deserves a full 5 stars - we’ll definitely go again!

If you’re looking for the best shisha lounge in Melbourne then you’ve found it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! But if you want the BEST COCKTAILS IN MELBOURNE- this place wins by a landslide. I keep coming back for the cocktails but I stay for the food because there’s nothing better ! I’m so glad I found this restaurant their food is next level and keeps getting better. Honestly their pizza is SOOOOO YUM! I’ve been here a few times and I’m never disappointed! Must try in Melbourne

The atmosphere is vibrant, the service is always welcoming, and everything from the menu to the shisha quality is on point. Perfect place to relax with friends or celebrate a night out.
