The food was ok. The oysters were fine. The quails were delicious. The desserts, I ordered special home made and chocolate mousse. They were fine. For service standard, but usually you cant change it.e.g evaporated milk ( vanilla), you cant change it to house made chocolate, because they said they need to make a balanced flavour although perhaps you willing to pay. Overall good but a slighty inflexible
Fresh, creative, and beautifully prepared seafood. The garfish Nori roll was a key highlight: excellently presented and creative. The seafood pasta was generously portioned and garlic sauce was stunning.
We had a late lunch at Bacash after a visit to the Botanical Garden. The staffs were very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our meal which was the fish of the day (and chips). It was perfectly grilled and went well with the lebanon tomato sauce. The white and green asparagus were deliciously fresh and crunchy. The char-grilled calamari was excellent. Our meal was a culinary delight. ๐
Came here for dinner and ordered an entrรฉe, a main course, and a dessert. For entrรฉe, I had the homemade casarecce which was very tasty; pasta was cooked firm enough, the two large king prawns have a naturally sweet taste with a nice bite to it, and the combined flavours of the lemon cream sauce with some cracked black pepper and briny salmon roe worked well together. For the main course, the garfish dish was beautifully plated with two whole fish, roasted baby beetroot, horseradish crรจme fraiche, and lemon olive oil. The beetroot was sweet and juicy, crรจme fraiche would be nice if the horseradish flavour was stronger, lemon olive oil added a fragrant note to the dish, and the garfish tasted fresh but it was not a very pleasant experience eating the fish as there was about half a dozen of small bones. For dessert, had the mille-feuille with vanilla and white chocolate cream. It was nice and flaky with a caramelised sweetness, paired with a cacao sorbet which was mildly sweet with a rich dark chocolate note. Service was great; staff was friendly and helpful with explaining the menu and water was topped up as needed.
