Booked due to lower back strain from disc injury , also had rotator cuff shoulder pain. I was not disappointed and 90 minute remedial massage where Lisa started slowly working the areas. By the end she was applying a lot of firm pressure once things loosened up. My mobility increased and the pain was greatly relieved. I've been getting follow up treatments and I'm now mainly pain free during the day with a lot more movement. This is a genuine professional massage. The clinic is very well laid out with good facilities and spotless as a clinic should be. Highly recommend if you are after a professional massage.

Gave this little spa and massage parlour a shot with my friend. We were not dissapointed! Beautiful and open space that's pristine and clean. Relaxing atmosphere inside. The staff are so polite and smiling, you feel really welcomed. The massage was quite firm but I needed it and felt very relaxed afterwards. We had Michelle and Palma (sorry I fail at spelling names correctly). Both were awesome! We also had a facial to finish off. Totally relaxed and at peace. I almost fell asleep, which means I was put into a deep chill zone and only experienced this a few times. If you need to get away from stress then come here. My only criticism is the massage ladies should ask if you want light, medium or hard massage. We will return here and highly recommend. Xxx

I chose this place due to its high rating, but my experience was only average. I booked a 60-minute remedial massage. The therapist kept coming in and out during the session & chatting with another therapist. I clearly requested a full-body massage with focus on shoulders, which normally means front and back or at least clear communication if time is limited. However, only my back was massaged. When I turned over, the therapist said “okay, finish,” which was quite shocking. I was then told I should have booked 90 minutes, but this was never explained beforehand. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations.

Floating out the door on light feet and feeling taller, what an exquisite massage experience. Professional, skilled, and nurturing therapists who made us feel welcome and relaxed. Took my 9 year old daughter with me for a ‘Mummy and Me massage’, they adapted to her sensitive little body and my tight, tense desperately in need of help body. We will be back.

I booked in with Poppy and had a great 60 remedial massage. She was professional and very through, asking which area needed to be focused on and really making sure to release the tension in my shoulders and back. Highly recommend and I will definitely book in again. The spa was a clean and welcoming space too.
