Loved it. Each course just got better than the last. We decided nothing would match the cuttlefish and then it was followed by an equally awesome poached Murray Cod. Not a single weak dish. Great to meet Josh and Zachary, great chefs and really good blokes too! I knew their food would be good since I loved the food since the chef was former executive chef at Tetsuyaโs but it exceeded my expectations. Everything we had was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Well my husband organised this on his own to celebrate my birthday , it was nothing short of amazing. We are both food lovers, each dish was individually prepared. What more can one say, go and experience it for yourself ๐ซถ

Great and service, food and wine. I had a beautiful Australian gamay (first time trying that, but wonโt be the last). For the food, the prawn risotto is a must. Perfect texture, and a really intense flavour.

We had the most amazing night at 40 Res. The team are so welcoming, and we loved the open plan kitchen. Every dish was clearly made with so much love - each one so uniquely different and delicious. We also loved exploring the wine list to pair with each course. We cannot wait to return soon
